Undividing America One Live Stream at a Time

Today we are unfortunately living in a country of deep division and tension. We have created distinctly opposing camps that see through completely different lenses. I understand the frustration on both sides and while I have strong views, I also believe we need a way to find common ground. It would be very easy for me to blame others and talk about how much our political climate sucks and those who may be the cause. If we continue blaming each other, we’ll divide further. I choose to see how we can come together. I have chosen to work within my community using technology as a vehicle.

My Show, Anatomy of an Entrepreneur, showcases a different person each week and demonstrates how entrepreneurs overcome challenges to become the success they are today. You may ask, What does that have to do with undividing a nation? Well, it’s actually quite simple. My goal is to show how anyone with perseverance, the right tools and guidance can become successful. This helps educate anyone who has the desire to move ahead in life. In addition, we bring in a restaurant, who supplies food to be critiqued. This is not a mere promotion of a food establishment, but to expose the community to an additional entrepreneur. Still confused?

Well, entrepreneurs meet on my show, they educate and inform each other and our community. The community in-turn has an opportunity to make comments and ask questions and be part of the conversation. It helps us all and gets us to communicate, find common ground, learn from each other and hopefully support each of our endeavors. Anyone involved may have completely opposing points of view politically, but we demonstrate how we come together even if there are ideological differences. Am I idealistic? Maybe. Maybe I won’t solve our world’s problems, I might not even find a cure for cancer, but by starting a dialogue, It’s my way of helping bring our community together one live stream at a time.
